After working in the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas for over 10 years, I’ve watched crime rates in my city rise. I’ve seen and experienced first-hand the destruction that can come from a home invasion or business break-in, and I decided to put my skills to use and fight back. Commsmart has been built to empower our communities, take back control and secure what you have worked hard to achieve.

Our process
1. Submit Your Quote Request
Fill out our quick online form, and we’ll reach out to schedule a site visit. We meet on-site to inspect your property layout, discuss your specific security or data needs, and design a tailored solution for your home or business.
2. Accept Quote & Lock In Your Date
Once you approve your custom proposal, we’ll send over your deposit invoice and book an installation date that fits your schedule. We keep communication clear so you know exactly what to expect on installation day.
3. Professional Install & App Handover
After mounting your equipment and neatly concealing all cabling, we complete a full system setup. We walk you through your smartphone app, ensure you know how to operate every feature, provide final documentation, and issue your invoice only when you are 100% satisfied.
The Commsmart Difference:
WHY CHOOSE US?
Concealed, Ultra-Neat Installation
Unlike generic installers who slap visible cables across your external walls, we prioritize running concealed wiring through wall cavities wherever possible for a clean, invisible finish.
Commercial-Grade 4K Clarity
Skip the cheap, off-the-shelf cameras that go blurry as soon as the sun goes down. We install commercial-grade 4K optics equipped with smart AI motion detection to accurately identify humans and vehicles day or night.
Complete App Setup & Walkthrough
We don’t just mount hardware and leave you to figure out the software on your own. Before we pack up, we set up your mobile app and walk you through every feature step by step so you feel 100% confident using your system.
Strategic NBN Placement
Inflexible router locations mean weak Wi-Fi and dead zones. We install strategic data outlets right where you actually need high-speed connectivity. Whether that’s your home office, living room, or smart TV.
